Tagging people

Do tags work anywhere that you use them? I know they work in threads, but what about articles, comments, reviews, replies, the gallery, etc.?

Also, I edited a post in a thread to tag you, and I wasn’t sure if you had seen it or not. Now we can see if edited post tags work as well.

I think that @Kiki & I figured out that tags added in an edit do not work.
