Tail feather and poop on butt

My girl had poop dangling down ans I got a clean warm towel and tried to get it off but the poop was stuck on there her feather came out. Will she okay and is there anything to do if that happens. Thank you in advance

If the poop was stuck on really well, a feather or two may come off if you pulled.
Generally that's not a problem, but you may want to look a little closer just to make sure there's no damage or irritation.
