Tail feathers pointing downwards

Good Morning,
10 weeks ago, we bought a young Hamburg hen. The breeder selected her. When we got home I noticed that her tail feathers were pointing down, but she seemed well. In the last months, I've noticed her vent gets dirty and she does smell very bad (ammonia), so I started cleaning her with warm water and detergent and I'm giving her yoghurt to help with the diarrhoea. Another thing I noticed is that her crest is not growing. A part from that, she seems happy, eats fairly well and is very curious if maybe a bit shy compared to the others. She's about 6 months now and should have started laying but nothing, so I'm wondering if there is something wrong with her or not. Has anyone come across this sort of issue?

Hamburg don't have crests from what I've read. It sounds like she might have an intestinal infection; consider taking her to a vet.

Thanks, I'll see how she goes with the yoghurt. I spotted a perfectly well-formed poo today. I wonder why her tails are pointing down.
