Hi, My chicks are maybe a little over a week old. Got them at TSC Saturday the 13th and they had been brought in maybe a few days earlier. My RIR's are starting to develop tail feathers already and they are supposed to be Pullets..is this normal for a hen this early?

It's normal for chicks to develop tail feathers at around a week old. It doesn't mean anything. But early tail feathers can be a good thing. Cockerels are sometimes slower to develop their tail feathers.
