OK now I understand where the dark legs came from. I misunderstood yesterday. I thought you were saying "daddy" was a SLW.

Yup the dark legs came from the SLP. This is my first hatch. The hen did a great job brooding 4 eggs. But when they hatched she killed the first two so I saved these two and have them in my brooder. I cant wait to see how they will feather out. hopefully they will have some interesting coloration.
