Just thought I'd chime in on a old post, odds are being sold as a Malay on Ebay, as well as many other Oriental experiences.. They're Hmong Qaib, typically called. Hmong's breed the birds, usually they are crosses of Silkie and Oriental gamefowl. Mostly Thai fowl are used, but it can sometimes have different bloodlines in the mix as well, just depends who bred them. They're basically just soup chickens, not sure on anything else about them other than they can be rather neat looking dark skinned Oriental fowl that have a main purpose of simply meat.
 
They do look like guinea-chicken crosses. They look interesting no matter what they turn out to be. Please keep posting their pictures so we can follow their progress.
