Bit early, but first guess is pullets.
Way too soon to tell for sure. Wait until their 8 weeks, and then you will know for sure. Male vs Female specific saddle feathers will show at about 12 weeks.
It is a bit young to tell really. In another few weeks the saddle feathers will begin to show. But, the combs will show more development and color soon, if male.
My first though was male for both bc the combs are rather large for the ages, but they lack color. I've never had an Orp or a Brahma, but of the feathered legged birds I've had, the males seem to have more feathers on their feet...but I've only had a few feathered legged birds.
