This is our six-month-old rooster, Blackie (don't worry, he was named by my 5 year old sister). I have no clue what he is!!!

ummm..... one has ear tufts I think. Yeah he looks like an EE.

EEs are often sold as hatcheries as Amerecaunas or Auracaunas. Auracaunas are rumpless and have ear feathers. Amereacunas have beards and muffs and are not rumpless.

He might be a clean faced tailed araucana . Were did you get him ?

NOt all araucanas are rumpless and have tufts that is just what the breed standard is .

EE's have muffs and come in a variet of colors

I just noticed he had some feathers sticking up on the back of his head ? Is that how they always are or just in the pics . He may be a mix !
