That bird has sumatra in him. 1/4 at most.

maybe not. He is still young so he could develop more tail easily enough.
He is pretty. I like the yellow legs. That color looks like something between quail and brassy back.

I got him from a friend as a day old chick. He was using the chicks for a college class to teach future teachers to raise and hatch chicks in a elementary school classroom. I think he was from Murray McMurray, so he could be a mutt.
