I have two 2 week old baby bunnies who I brought in the house with mom because she wouldn't keep them covered. I'm thinking I want to take mom back out to the bunny barn. I have seen a lot of posts of people bringing mom to the babies once a day to be fed but was wondering if I could do it the other way around. She doesn't like being handled and hates it in the house(we have a dog and cats). I plan on moving the babes out there with her in a couple of weeks once its a bit warmer and they are a bit bigger. Or will she treat them like outsiders coming to her territory?

Your safest course of action is to keep the kits with the dam. While bringing the kits to the dam to feed(but at least 2x a day, once isn't enough) for perhaps a couple days, two weeks is far too long. Does are territorial. She may accept the kits, she may not. If she does not, you run the risk of her attacking or even killing them. If it is above freezing at night in your rabbit barn, just cover the kits yourself and check on them frequently. Good luck!!!
