I think it stopped developing. It looks like too much space in there to be an 18 day old embryo.

OK, so after the posts about stopped development, I decided to open the bator quick to use my high power candler (got humidity back up within seconds). As soon as I picked it up I felt something, I stuck it to my ear and I hear tapping! So I am still crossing my fingers
