taking eggs off turner.

should i take my bobwhite quial eggs off the turner at day 21 or 23 like in the thing u get with the lil giant bator?
 
anyone? the 21st day is 2 days away i need to know b4 then!
 
You remove the turner 2 to 3 days before they should hatch. Good luck
