Thank you all for the welcome 😘.
...and the 🛁 bathtub...that is the garden tub we removed from the master bathroom of our current house. I used a pallet propped up to the step with a 3x5 rug laid up and over the tub, to give them a little traction in and out of the tub. They're a bit clumsy 🤭♥️ and very spoiled.

Well.... I've been following BYC for a very long time and just joined looking for advice on that very subject!
Willy-nilly just started to lay eggs and I was wondering what their habits are...if I should let her set and WHEN she might decide to actually stay on them? She has 8 🥚 eggs as of yesterday. She looks like she is laying one about every other day or so (or in the middle of the night too) moves them around, then covers them up again. (It's one of the cutest things I've ever seen 😍)
8 so far...

Even when geese are not broody they still are quite protective of their nests, and make sure to cover them up, and protect them from any intruders if they dare to go near them - that is normal. If you're seeing her visit the nest more often/sitting in it even after she lays an egg for a few hours that may be a sign she is trying to sit.

What an incredible introduction! So many animals, I'm so jealous! Welcome to BYC!
