Taming Ducks

Did you seriously just say I don't feed my ducks? You're some kind of special aren't you. I was asking for advice. Preferably not from a know it all smart ***

I think he's saying if they're ignoring you completely then you may not be feeding them. I don't think he's accusing you of not feeding them

i didnt mean it like that, see when i feed mine i sit with them and pet them so thats what i meant when i said feed. i swear i didnt mean anything to say u didnt feed them. okay, I'm sorry of you took this the wrong way i meant nothing to undermine the care of your ducks.

also don't feed them cheerios it shortens their life span, they can't fully absorb the sugars and can't eat yeast which is a big ingredient in cheerios, just feed them corn like the kind you feed deer and stuff, triple cleaned corn, chalked corn, and game bird chow, along with cat food, but whatever you do don't feed them cheerios, its okay every now and then but instead of that no.

We don't give them cheerios except as treats. For instance, when we're playing with the dogs outside trying to train them, we give the ducks some cheerios

They were probably 4 days old when we got them at TSC. 3 of the 12 of them were female.

aww i remember my first hatch, i was in 5th grade and it was so spectacular
