Taming Ducks

Okay. Sorry for getting so mad. When I feed them I just put food in their feeder, gather the eggs and walk out. They go bat crazy when I'm in their coop

i'm glad we cleared things up :)

Would you mind sitting in there with them, on like a towel of course and just throw them some treats and baby talk the heck out of them

Thanks for the apology, even tho it wasn't for me. Our ducks get upset too, but it would be like if a giant came into your house

We have 4 pekins who will be 5 weeks on Wednesday. We have been moving them out of their brooder every day to clean it and when we do that they tend to flip out. If we sit and hold them close and talk quite whild petting them we can feel their heart beat stop racing and they relax and stop squeaking at us. And they absolutely love it when we hold out chopped spinach for them to take out of our hand. But they still aren't completely used to us. It will take time.
