Taming Pigeons???

One of my friends has a tame Fantail cock, who hangs around on her shoulder without flying off. she has had it from a squab. she says they're one of the easiest pigeons to train. would i be able to train one to do the same thing if i got it as an adult? and if i do, how would i?

It is possible but takes alot of time,i would try and find a squab that is only 3-4 weeks old.

I hand-fed two of my baby pigeons and they were VERY tame. They would come when I called them.

If you want a tame pigeon,get a baby and hand feed it.
