Tape worms? Pics

Please forgive the quality of these pics - I hope you can see what I am asking about. While cleaning poop boards today I noticed these tiny white "squarish" specks in the poop... All hens are actively eating and drinking, a few are molting and egg production is down, which I attributed to molting, but am now wondering. They are 2.5 years old and have not been wormed. They free-ranged off and on until about six months ago. (Just to give you basic info). I'm using shredded paper on the poop boards, in case you are wondering WHAT kind of shavings those are! hehe.

Do these appear to be tape worm segements? Many thanks for any input.

It's really hard to tell, Tape worms seem to have a flat head, I can't tell in those pictures. Sorry...
