Ok after reading this thread I was just pronounced dead from exhaustion.... and all I did was read this thread

MP your everyones hero!!

The wife and I did bake 7 dozen chocolate crinkles, 5 dozen Russian tea cakes, 6 dozen m&m cookies another 4 dozen spritzes and some three batches of fudge and made up 6 tins and sent off to friends this last weekend.

I got risked the weather and got more feed....lots of cars in ditches and 8 more inches on it's way.

So lets see 26 + 8 = 34 inches of snow in N. IL.


So I dug out my dumpster...so they can take away my old water softner and all the gift wrap come....hmmm....when will they come? Will they still come on fri. or will they be a day off because of Christmas??

And I had to dig out my chickens coop....blasted 3 foot snow drift parked itself in front of the doors. I did a minimum job...my aching back...

I am soooo ready for some tea and one of MP's apples.

Glad I do not have chickens yet.... with the snow we got this last week and more tonight. Feel for all you that do though...

I've got a lot to do the next few days too and I have no idea where I'll be pulling energy reserves from because I am flippin POOPED. I've been nauseous, weepy and tired all the time (cross your fingers lol). Today DH let me sleep until 9am. When I woke up, I ate breakfast with the boys since DH got something while he was out this morning. I cleaned up the kitchen, ran 3 loads of laundry, went out to take the animals food and water, brought food in for the baby chicks upstairs, made 4 dozen chocolate chocolate chip cookies, made 3.5 dozen sugar cookies, made peppermint bark for the cookie tray too. Made 3 loaves of bread, made a cheeseball rolled in crushed pecans. Cleaned the living room. Twice. Rearranged the furniture, checked email, brought in 4 loads of firewood and rotated it near the woodstove since for some odd reason it's all wet... and you know what, I'm really tired. I can't believe I've made it all day without a nap (I've been passing out randomly all week, while DH was here of course lol)

Now, I still have to wash the dinner dishes. Make 2 more loaves of bread, dinner rolls, 2 apple pies and homemade cinnabon cinnamon rolls. Somehow, knowing it's 7pm already, I've decided I've got one hour to drag my rear end around the house and be productive before I bathe the kids, read them a story and tuck them into bed. The rest of the baking can wait until tomorrow morning. I've got one oven and one cookie sheet. You can feel my pain I'm sure.

I think she's off to a potluck supper, for which some of that cooking was done.

Yeah, I figured that but was still curious! I can't believe how much she got done in such a short period of time. How many hands/arms does she have anyways?!?! I thought I did good yesterday, but after reading MissP's super hero stunt of the day, I am not thinking I did so good after all.
