Tea and honey

I'm really not a big tea person, though I'd like to be. I really like peppermint tea (usually with lots of sugar) and occasionally Earl Grey tea (with a HECK TON of sugar). I'm sure I'll grow into liking less sugar in things, though. Never tried kombucha. Though I like lots of sugar in things, I've always thought that honey is TOO sweet. Might be because I'm used to artificial sweetening. I need to work on my tastes, clearly.

Of course we can talk about chickens and other birds too here.
:D
My flock got a lot of free range time today. It was a beautiful day- a bit chilly, but sunny. Our new neighbors brought their little daughter over, and she got to feed them a yummy banana. Are pics allowed? I don't have any from today, but I'd love to post pics of them.

Of course... It is cloudy here... I love talking about chickens. And guineas. And parakeets. And cats.
It's been cloudy recently, but it's cleared up today. Is the 'of course' for posting pics?

I'd love to hear about all of your animals, especially the parakeets and guineas. (I don't have any so that makes it more exciting!)

I thought honey is perishable. I wasted some by accident. Three day old green tea on the counter. Because my fridge is full... No idea where to put the turkey. For Thanksgiving.

My parakeets have their own personality or lack thereof. Green one is named Boss. He likes his freedom around the house. When I open the cage with the doors all shut. Blue parakeet has no personality she's trying to make a nest but no eggs. She has a spot we're taking her to the vet tomorrow. We asked if they see birds like parakeets. Answer was yes. And SkyBlue is a youngster just learned to fly and land. My boyfriend said yes that honey is perishable. It is in a way it can crystalize. It didn't. Tomorrow I am making more green tea and honey. Sorry I digress.
