So here's mine - FINALLY (switching the subject helped a lot, though - I was never going to be happy with that hen...)!
And here I did a quick color version just for fun (you can tell I did the colors within 15 minutes because I used the filler tool, which is not round shape friendly, unfortunately, but after all, only the uncolored version is going to be used):
Anyway, it may or may not need a tad of touching up... I did my best, but if it doesn't get edited, it shouldn't be too bad.
Actually, it may need a bit more white around the edges to make it look less cut off, but the only way I know how to do that is put it in Word and take a screenshot, which generally makes the picture blurrier...
I think it shouldn't be too hard to work with. You could do another picture to leave the choice to the graphic editors, but I don't think you have to. At last resort they could trace your drawing on Paint and whiten it all up using the eraser tool. I started a bit in case anybody wants to try that - it's not too hard, just time consuming:
