Has anyone mentioned Space Balls?
The Last Star Fighter
The Day the Earth Stood Still
The Black Hole (not great, but not horrible)
Any of the kaijyu movies (Godzilla, Mothra, Ultraman, Rhodan, etc.)
Space Balls is hilarious and awesome!

I prefer to read my sci-fi, but some movies that I've loved are Cherry 2000 80s, The Fifth Element 90s, Blade Runner 80s, The Mad Max movies with Mel Gibson, The Blob (the old one with Steve McQueen), and Omega Man & Soylent Green with Charlton Heston

If you want a great thriller with some laughs, suspense, and a surprise ending, you can't beat Betty Davis and Joan Crawford in Whatever Happened to Baby Jane

Flash was campy as all get out by deisgn. That's how the radio era show was as well.

HHGG is MUCH MUCH better if you've read the book. You miss a lot of the jokes and satire if you don't know where your towel's at. And come on! Singing dolphins are always a win.
So long and thanks for all the fish!

Late to the thread, but gotta toss out a few that noone mentioned...

-Ghostbusters! (Actually made DS a preschool size proton pack for Halloween this year)

-Avatar

And anyone else remember Event Horizon? That movie seriously bothered me as a kid.
Avatar made me cry,
Ghostbusters made me howl
Event Horizon WAS disturbing….

I love Ghostbusters! And MIB.

There’s definitely a theme of hunky guys here!
