Also, if your Mac is from 2017, the oldest it can run is probably High Sierra, though it might just be old enough to run Sierra.

I would think there is a way to get Snow Leopard in a virtual machine though.

I got Sonoma installed. High Sierra needs a reinstall and Sequoia needs to be installed.
