Welp. Cooked it. :(

1 switch was fine. The other one, not. Melted both traces it looks like.

No. ruined. I'll have to buy a new keyboard. They don't make replacement parts for this one and I would further destroy it trying to replace the board.
In a past life, I was pretty good at repairing broken traces and pads on PCBs, which is why I said what I did. Have you checked places like DigiKey for parts?

Repairing traces is way beyond my skill unfortunately. Even if I could source the PCB I'd have to desolder and resolder all the components for a 104 key mechanical keyboard. I'm not great in the first place, and that's probably more costly in time and other parts I'll break than just buying a new keyboard :p
