Hello Friends,
My ligal First Name is Mohamed, and my other two brothers and my Dad have the same first name, because where I come from never used the first name but the middle name ( which is Omran)
well few years ago I went to Sears and I had to use my sears card, but the cashir was asking me some ??? first Question was
1- what is your name?
I said Mohamed
2- where do you live
I said Bagdad
she looked at me Funny and she thought I was trying to pull a joke on her, so she asked again where do you live, so I told her again I live in Bagdad and here is my Driving lisence, when she seen Bagdad KY on my DL she appologized and did not know what else to say, but I started loughing too.
Now tell me some thing funny, I like to lough.

I was almost 35 when I had my second daughter .. I didn't color my hair the whole time I was pg .. so was pretty grey by the time I delivered.

She was less than a week old when my mother and I went to Wal-mart .. with baby DD. I was debating on whether to spend the money on hair color or wait until next payday ..

We got to the check-out counter .. I was holding baby .. my mom was behind me.

Cashier says: "Oh, she's sooo cute. Is that your first GRANDBABY??"

My mom starts laughing, explains that SHE is the grandmother .. and I am the MOTHER ..

I handed my mom the baby and walked straight back to the hair color aisle .. in a hurry !

And on the other side....

I was 13 when my mother remarried and had a new baby. My mom loved the "built in babysitter" idea, and I did most of the taking Lyn to preschool, parks, etc while mom was off running a company. More than a few times I'd be taking her somewhere when she was in the 2-3 year old stage, and she'd be calling me "mama" (because when you're little all women are Mamas). One day at baskin robbins we were getting ice cream, and they guy behind us offered to buy ours too, later as he leaves he says "I'm really happy to see a girl who decided to keep her baby".

I drove to Tennessee for wedding, got stopped by a State Trooper and was asked for my passport to travel so far into the US. I have NEW Mexico license plates.

In the mid 90's when the casinos opened in Tunica it was a pretty big deal around here. I worked for a HVAC company and one of the Techs had gone to gamble one weekend and when he got back everyone was gathered around hearing about his weekend and asking questions. This is a quote "It was a purty nice place but them drinks is expensive!"

Huh?

THe guy was giving the cocktail waitress a 20 everytime she brought him a drink. He was expecting change and she thought he was a big spender.

I can laugh about this now, but I was sure serious the day it happened. A bit of a side note to this, I am deathly afraid of birds and got into chickens to help ease this fear.

Where we used to live we had a privacy fence between us and the the neighbors. We had just found out that a serial rapist loved to frequent this cheesy bar about 5 miles over from us. One afternoon I decided the chickens could use some free ranging time, as I opened the pen door my big EE rooster attacked. In my panic to get away I fell down. I started screaming, I was finally able to get back into the house. All the sudden I hear sirens and they are in my driveway. So I go outside as two police cars are driving down my driveway. Seems my neighbor just knew I was getting attacked. I was so mad that that silly bird I begged those officers to shoot him. As calm as they could they just said "ma'am we can't do that". All the time this was going on my hubby was on the phone will me, laughing hysterically.

I have since rehomed the darned rooster to a family that hopefully had a nice meal and that rapist is also now in jail after being focused on America's most wanted.

It was a 2 car response to a rooster attack. A story to laugh at now for sure, but then not so much.
