Tell me about your minorca!

I'm starting two threads about each of the two breeds I now have that I never thought I'd have - polish and minorcas.

I love my little minorca pullet, 5 months old. I hate that I have to admire her from a distance because she's okay with that but freaks if I try to handle her (broody, not human raised). I think she's beautiful. She's also very curious about me. I am attempting to handle her a bit at roost time to see if I can gentle her down.

Mine, Rosie, is black. Still a beautiful bird. The sunlight turns her feathers iridescent green. She was an accident; supposed to have been a sex link.
