Tell me breeds

The little brown ones with chipmunk stripes looks exactly like my silver penciled rock roo looked when he was just hatched. Sometimes as chicks different breeds can look very similiar and can be difficult to tell the difference without a trained eye and subtle clues. Did you get any bantams? The same chick is also very similar to my partridge silky coloring. Didn't they tell you what's what? Did they sex them? Just curious we don't have a big r where I live. They sure are cute whatever they may be! I'm sure they will bring lots of joy!

Lots and LOTS of chicks hatch with chipmunk stripes.

Ok I'll see about some side shots. I have baby ducks that just hatched, not sure how many yet. MAMA hatched them. She roosted in a nest 2 ft off ground but I put a ladder there. Im hoping babies can waddle down it..

Looks pretty steep. Can you flatten it out some, or put some sides on it so its more like a chute? If not, clear everything out from under it, and even if they fall, it shouldn't hurt them to land on the straw.

No can't flatten it, mama bedded down with babies on the floor lastnite after Taking them out most of the day, they are eating, drinking and love the water.
