Tell me if this baby quail leg is recoverable?

Is this something the baby quail will recover from or should i just put him out of his misery? He is unable to stand since coming out of the shell and two legs seems bent toward the back.

Can you put a towel down on the floor area...for it to catch a grip and not mess it's legs up more?

Towel, shelf liner...napkin...anything flat and not slippery.

I didn't take it as implying, but instead a suggestion to help him and you out...

I'm not implying anything but he will slip and he will get more messed up if you don't get him off that slippery surface.

Here's a tip... When you put your eggs in lockdown, be sure to put shelf liner in your incubator, (you can cut it to fit)
