Tell me one nice thing about your spouse!

Wow! This is great gang! Once a day!

This time it is that DH hung in there every second through this party experience! He knows I hate these kinds of things and he was surrounded by screaming little girls, but he never flinched! I do love that man o' mine!

DH didn't divorce me when I brought in the 3rd batch of new chicks!

My DH makes coffee and cooks breakfast for us every morning and then washes the dishes most of the time.

What makes him the best is that he accepts me for my weird, moody and eccentric self! He deserves a medal for that!

I will add one today (my last list was long but could be endless).

He talks to me and he listens to me. When we live in the same house we have a "coffee date" every night as soon as the kids are tucked in. When he doesn't, we have our date on the phone. Even from about 7,000 miles we both know what is going on in the other's life. Oh how I miss my sweetheart.

OHHHHHH.........I just had to add this.

My husband and I are messaging on skype. He was telling me is sorry I have so much to take care of alone and this is the message he just now sent me.

"[10:40:05 AM] I love you bunches. I'm glad you want to be a housewife. Too many women out there don't want anything to do with their children or taking care of the home. You do a wonderful job and I'm very happy you're mine"

How could I not be totally in love with this man!!!

I am always bringing home more animals, more strays, more projects, etc. DH just sighs and then goes to work designing the next animal pen , coop, etc. After this he continues to make improvements and learn about the requirements of whatever I have brought home this time and endeavors to improve their pen AND to make things as easy and effecient for ME!

My husband is my best friend! I have a torn ligament in my knee, newly diagnosised, am on pain meds. He made my coffee this morning, let the animals out, fed them. Then he set out my garden. He accepts me warts and all, he is the best man around. I (and my family) am truly blessed! Theresa
PS: a life-time with him would not be long enough

Have to take the girls to march in a parade today. Gotta worry about all the details esp. how to get the kids back to the start of the parade/car when they have marched the whole way?

Dh called to tell me he'd gassed up the car for me and loaded the chairs and wagon and washed out the cooler.

He is so sorry he can't be with us so he did whatever he could at 4 AM to help..... He's considerate. That's all it really is, so little yet SO important!!!

Boy! So many things came to mind I'm having a hard time settling on one.
How about he thinks I'm the smartest and prettiest. Plus we enable each other. Especially with animals!
He does some of the sweetest things. He rescued an orphan lamb out on the prairie at work. It was about to become a meal for a coyote. Kept the little thing in his bag on the train for the day until he could smuggle it home. Every time he tried to talk on the radio to the dispatcher the lamb would baa. To say the least I love him all the more for simple things like that.
