My dh makes me laugh. We have a million inside jokes that no one but ourselves would understand. All he has to say is, "Poptart" or "Put on this hat; It's covered in spices", and I'm literally laughing till I cry. We have a lot of good times together.

My parents gave me a BAD impression of marriage, so after a mere 5 years (well, 4 and 1/2 years really), I'm still amazed by the love this man has for me.

Hmmm,
Well, he is just the best husband anyone could ask for.
After 11 years I learn something new about him at least once a week, lol. He is 19 years older than me, I'm 28, everyone said it won't last, he was my first and only boyfriend, now he's my best friend. Any lame, crazy, retarded idea I get he backs me 100 percent. However, occassionally it only takes a few arguments till he thinks it's a great idea to.

But seriously he's perfect.

Yesterday one of my kids pitched a fit about something. (She was tired and is still getting over being sick, no excuse, but that was the trigger.)

DH said, "First go to your room until you calm down."


Then he went in to talk to her and was very clear that the one thing he would not tolerate under any circumstances was disrespect towards me.

He backs me up 100% with the kids. We agree that we will do our best to not disagree in front of the kids even if one of us has to say, Honey can you come help me in the chicken coop?"

Morning breath aside he smells yummy when he first wakes up!

He tells me all the time that its his job to take care of me and my job to have fun.
And he actually means it. So I make sure he's taken care of, his favorite meals a semi clean home and lots of love.
