Tell me something GOOD that happened to you today.

I ordered hatching eggs that were shipped yesterday, and weren't supposed to be delivered until tomorrow.
The post office in between towns actually looked at the box, figured out it was important, and called me to pick them up!
I was so shocked, I spoke to the supervisor, and thanked him for a job well done.
I still can't believe someone actually cared!

For all the bad postal workers there are out there, there really are a few that care. Mine goes off her route to bring me eggs or live birds first thing in the morning. She isn't due at work til 3:00 pm. Gotta love a caring postal worker!!!!

Had a great school band concert tonight. And, we had Chinese food for dinner.

Let see, I got a nap prior to work, that was good... Then I got to work and realized I forgot my husbands birthday cake, you see our son and my husband share a bday so I was focusing on son and forgot hubby's cake BUT the good thing, my boss is amazing and gave me half an hour to run to the store and pick up a cake and gift Such a good boss, made me happy to be here!

Must have been a new person. They will learn the post office way soon enough.

I had my final inspection to become NPIP certified today. I already came back 100% clean on all the blood work. Today they came to inspect the living conditions of my birds and I passed with flying colors! I should have my NPIP # soon!

My 83 year old Uncle came over for breakfast this morning.
He's old, lonely, sometimes grumpy but I love him to pieces.
Had a great time.
