I quit two deployments ago (AF hubby) but every time one comes around it all comes back. I made it threw the last one. The location has a lot to do with it, I've stopped reading a lot of the news. I may as well have quit yesterday for how bad the cravings are lately.
I tell myself, it stinks, it's expensive and last time you quit you gained fifteen pounds. It also helps that I'm at the point where it's actually embarrassing to ask for them at a store
