My contractor and I finished putting the shed together and he completed the ramp to it. He also brought me some home-baked cookies. (Oatmeal and raisins and dried cranberries.)

I must stay home waiting for furnace inspections today so I'm making pumpkin peanut soup. I looooove creamy soups.

One of the most miserable people on the planet has given notice at work today.
This man has made everyone's job so much more difficult, I have worked with him for 11 years.
This is going to be the best Christmas present EVER.

The kid doesn't have to be at school until 11:00 today. I got to sleep in, which was very nice considering I worked 17 hrs Sunday, slept 4 hrs Monday and went back to work until 11:00 last night. Thank You Teacher Enrichment Days!

My best friend is coming home to the States!! And I get to see her tomorrow.

But the used car my boys picked out together-ran really really rough-was missing signal lights and the seller had covered up a cracked steering wheel, turns out the running rough part, the seller had forgotten to attach a ground wire. Still have the other issues, but happy the motor was super cheap to fix!

I had time to just watch our new chick and mama today interacting. It was amazing.
