Nothing good has happened to me today, actually, it has been quite crappy and emotional. I visited this thread to cheer me up. It helped. I guess that's a good thing.

So I havn't gotten a chance to get on the computor in almost two months, but I love to read this thread and see what awesome things happen to people. After a crappy end to last year (relationship wise anyway), this year is off to a great start! This is my list of awesome things that have happened this month, at least off the top of my head:
- I lost 12 pounds
- I bought my first pair of size 8 jeans... and they're roomy!
- I bought a new battery for my truck, so now it starts EVERY TIME I turn the key, lol.
- After two months of being told that some rental or another doesnt accept dogs, much less chickens, I FINALLY found a place that allowed dogs, and has a second bedroom to hold all of my crafting addiction. To top it off when the landlord brought up that they had had chickens in the past I figured that it couldn't hurt to ask, and they are letting me keep my chickens there! (now as long as everything goes well I pick up keys monday, keeping my fingers crossed!)
- Aforementioned rental not only has enough room in the backyard for the dogs and chickens, but also a garden, and comes complete with a fig tree and an apple tree. I'm excited even though I dunno what I'm going to do with figs.

I finished sewing my apron today and my NH hen who's got sour crop definitely has a will to get better... Gosh was it hard getting that yogurt down the hatch...

Oh honey, at least that is a good thing that happened!!! We all have to be able to see the humor in all that is going on in our lives.

My good thing today was returning to work after being sick for 3 days, and actually managing to get through ALL my emails and prepare the board packet in good enough shape to get it on the copier sometime tomorrow. WOOT!!!!

I fell asleep on my drive home from work this evening for just a very few seconds and I DIDN'T crash! Whew!
