Yesterday morning I found out the friends that were coming in 4 days changed there plans, they were coming in 2 days. Yikes! Time to clean house! It has been a long busy couple of days. The place is clean, even after a feather pillow exploded in the front loader washer, (there is no removing wet feather coated laundry and gobs of wet feathers without leaving a debris trail. FYI wet goose down dries fast and turnings into fluffy tumble weeds) and gutted the pantry to find a dead mouse announced its presence

this morning. Ok, ready to sit down and visit with friends. That is always a GOOD thing!

I was absolutely correct about some thing at work and my big boss was wrong. That was good.

Two of my rabbits got Best of Breed, and one got Best Reserve at a 4-H show.

Had an egg and leftover Easter ham omelet for breakfast, got my zucchini, cukes and butternut seedlings in the ground,didn't pickup today.

I have 6 rabbits, six different breeds. I tried to stick with 2 breeds, but couldn't control myself. This is what I have: Mini Rex (mean and non show quality) Holland Lop New Zealand (got Best Reserve of breed) Polish English Spot (best of breed) American Fuzzy Lop (best of breed) I like a variety of breeds. That's why I ordered a mix flock of chickens.
