We went to my aunt's house for a BBQ this afternoon and I had a good time with my cousin. We went for a walk on the road... barefoot... on gravel and pavement. Hey, every once in a while it's good to do a crazy thing. x]

I finally got my sister to upgrade her browser from IE7 to Firefox, after IE7 froze multiple times while attempting to watch a video on Youtube. In the process I found that she hadn't update her Adobe Flash Player in absolute ages as well, so I made her do that.

I've found that out of 7 guineas I have 5 definite females!!

The sad thing there is I have to change Hector's name to Helen... And I REALLY wanted a Hector.... Oh well. At least she IS a Buff Dundotte. <3

You can call her Hector. I have a polish hen named Elmer, because she was glued in the egg and it took me 45 minutes to get her even somewhat unglued. She is still alive and well her on the "farm".

No, no, no.... It must be Hector. I almost named a rooster Maximillian, but my family said they'd call him Max all the time. So that plan didn't happen. But when I get my breeding trio of WLR Cornish my rooster is going to be named Lambert.

My hubby is coming home in about 1/2 hr from work...

uh...lets see...I got some work done & we are all healthy and I listened to giggles of my girls today

The winter is over. How do I know? It's 93 degrees outside. My dad turned the AC on, the chicks' brooder is clean, and I am having a very low key day. I love the slow life!
