Tell me true..hen or roo!

Here are pics of my two 9 wk olds..(Sat.). They spat with each other. Is one a roo and one a dominent pullet....or both roo's? Hope someone can help, I will have to rehome one if both are roo's. Thanks

the 1st one looks like a pullet and the 2nd one has a big comb looks like a roo. but this is just a guess. could be just the breed... what is the breed?

I'm really not sure of the breed...my friend gave me the eggs for my broody hen. She has about 30 hens and 12 roos, all different kinds. The chicks have 5 toes so I know Silkie is in the mix. I just call them my "Heinz 57" babies. #1 is Cinnamon and #2 is Claw (my DH named it

).

They both are so friendly and easy to handle....is it possible one could be a dominant pullet?

Im not all that good at telling genders but

#1 seems to be a pullet
#2 Cockerel- I say this because his comb and feathering.

The second picture of the red one tells me its a boy, by the red comb. The other one is 100% A boy.
