Yes, sometimes a chick will be large compared to its mates, and have bigger feet, and maybe a larger, rooster type comb. I had one such pullet two years ago. She also was a much different color and pattern from the other three. I wasn't sure about her until, one day, the rooster mounted her. That's usually a sign she's fertile and will lay soon.
