temp affecting hatch time??

i read somewhere that the incubation temp affects the hatch date ... i have had two temp spikes 106 on day 4 and 105 on day 14 my eggs are due friday night i am planning on thkeing them out of the turner and setting them on their sides on tuesday night ... should i take them out of the turner earlyer due to the high temps???

Have you candled them? They may not have survived the high temp spikes.
