The temp gets down to 50 here at night should I still keep the heat lamp on the chicks outside? They are 5 weeks. Thanks

Keep the heat lamp on them till they are fully feathered then they should be fine.

I have my 4 and 3 week old chicks in the coop with two heat lamps on them. We just took the corral out of the coop tonight. They're flying around so much and one got out of the corral last night and kept us awake because of her chirping for her sisters. (We have a baby monitor on them because of the large coon population...altho they are well enclosed, I worry since I lost my first chickens years ago to coons). It's going to get down in the 50's here tonight too.

I would say if you're worried, just move it up a bit and keep it on them. If they get warm they'll move away.
