I set 50+ eggs in my hovabator last night, maybe 13 hours ago, and it's still only at about 98F. I have 4 thermometers in there, so that's an aaverage. Will it slow down my hatch taking so long to get back up to 99.5? I don't want to mess with the knob, since I had it set perfect before the eggs went in, but I also need to get them cooking so I can candle and remove the duds.
I have half shipped eggs and I know a lot wont be viable, so I over loaded the turner knowing I'd have more space after a few days.
Oh yeah, I have the 'seam' of the bator saran wrapped. That really help keep the temps level.
