when I left the incubator my temp was perfect and checked on it three hours later to turn the eggs and the temp was 103 to 104. Have I injured the eggs or worse, Killed them? I'm really freaking out because I had healthy growing eggs.

I'm not the best person to talk about incubators and such, but with the experience I've had with them I'll tell you to just fix the temp, keep an eye on it, and hope for the best. Sometimes they pull through, but there's absolutely no way of knowing unless it spiked any higher than that.
I say just see it through until the day they should hatch (day 21) and wait a few extra days before calling it. You never know they could be perfectly fine.
