Put eggs in bator and temps are droping this normal?????

Yes your eggs are a lower temp than the bator was.
Im guessing room temp Plus you opened the bator to put the eggs in, it can take some time for it to get back up to the desired temp

Temps and humidity always drop when setting the eggs...give it hours or a day to come back up to normal....

theoretically the thermal energy from the bator transfers to the eggs until they have the same energy then the bator reheats the internal space until the thermostat kicks off
