Depends if it's a still air or a fan assisted bator....
Fan assisted should be 99.5 or as close to it as possible, so if you have a fan assisted bator, your temps are a bit high. 100 won't do any harm, but getting up to 101 will probably have your chicks hatching a day early and could maybe affect your hatch rate or cause the chicks some minor problems. Not definitely, just maybe. Try to keep your temps as close to what they should be as possible...
Still air should be (I think!) 101.5 measured at the level of the tops of the eggs, so if your bator is still air, your temps are a bit low. Which could have them hatching a day or so late, and ditto for all the other advice...
