Temperament for Cuckoo Marans?

My maran rooster, he is a sweety. His name is Romeo, his flock is 25 hens.

Had some fugates. Hens were big and dopey. Not flighty at all, more like oblivious to everything. Not much problem out of the roosters, just the ordinary percentage getting mean and flogging your legs with age that you can expect out of most ornamental and utilitarian chicken breeds. Did need to separate adult males. Mine had as much intra-male aggression as anything I have ever seen that was not a game, and more than some games.
