Is it normal ?
Any suggestions
Advice's ?
Can I buy some electrolyte ?

Yes, whether indoors or outside, if the temperature is getting up there where you feel uncomfortable, so will chickens. All the symptoms you describe are signs of overheating and heat stress can set in if they don't get relief.

First, hold back on the corn. It really stokes the metabolism of chickens and generates lots of body heat they do not need in hot weather.

Provide shade when inside or out, as well as a cooling breeze from a fan if possible. And yes, electrolytes will definitely help. But you can make your own easily from things you have on hand.
Measurements are western, sorry.

1/2 cup hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon flavored jello (optional, but chickens adore the taste, especially the red ones)
Dissolve together.

Mix above ingredients with 3 1/2 cups cold water

Give this mixture undiluted to your chickens as their sole water source in hot weather.
