Tempurture for chicks????

    we are getting our chicks in a week but i am not quite sure what size bulb do i use for the 12 little fuzz balls?? would 125-250 watts work? thanks!

    250w will be perfect for the first month 2 feet above thier heads and then you can switch it to 125w, usually you can tell if they are very hot they will run away from the heat source.
