Thanks! We a EE a Rhode Island Red, a Silkie, 6 Guineas and we just got 10 Appenzellers.

We have variety. Serama, silkies, cochin, Belgium owls, Polish, crossbred large breeds, and more. Also bronze and midget white turkeys. Fun fun.

Hi folks. I'm here in Jefferson County. I've been here 2 years and love it. I'm almost done with the finishing touches on my coop. I'm now looking for 6 chicks. If anyone has a reputable source, I would welcome any recommendations. I have seen some hatcheries online, but they all seem to get mixed reviews.

thanks. Looking them up now. I'm afraid it's too late to get any chickens from anywhere around me except the CO-OP and TSC. I wonder if the ones from stores are vaccinated?

They are also pretty well connected with other breeders around the state.

I have a few Swedish Flower Hen chicks and 4 Silver Ameraucana. These are 2 weeks old. I am looking for someone to split an order of American Bresse with locally. They will be 1 week old tomorrow and should be here Weds. That would be 9 chicks from Keith Loeffler for what it cost me! I plan on all these guys going outside for the winter. They are full feathered at 2 months and will do OK. A broody hatched 5 chicks 3 days ago. They know what they're doing!
