New Member checking in from NE TN ( Kingsport).

We have two dogs and 4 cats and two children (one leaving for college).
No chickens yet but I am lining up everything to get started next year. Would like to connect with local folks and don't mind traveling to attend any meets or swaps to connect with Breeders.

Gotta check fertility, then could set eggs... chicks would be available as soon as they hatch, sexed would be longer wait...
