Yes that is the right stuff.
Rinse gently with sterile saline, wait a minute, then add a small amount of the ointment in the eye.

I have always used human tetracycline eye ointment but when my drake recently had an eye infection, I found that human tetracycle/terramicin eye ointment is no longer over the counter. I bought the Zoetis brand from Amazon as getting it from an Avian supplier on line would have taken a lot longer. So, I bought two tubes -- one to use immediately and one to keep in my ducky first aid kit for future use.

The tubes received were made in Turkey in a reputable pharmaceutical facility, and worked perfectly for my boy's eye. I notice the Amazon site said Swiss. Zoertis may be Swiss but the ointment may nor be

Can you confirm if this brand works? For someone reason it can be shipped in California...

So unfortunately I read reviews that this product is from Turkey and the majority of the labels of the product are not in English? This makes me suspicious on it being safe...

That doesn't mean it's not safe, if if had an English label, it would mean it has be categorized as an antibiotic, something you can't get in California anyway.
Most meds are not made in English speaking countries

It is from a reputable Swiss company. All the instructions on the tubes I got were in Turkish but I know how to use it in ducks!!!

I was happy to go with the Zoetis product, from Turkey via Amazon
