Thank you for being patient with me. I apologize if I keep confusing everyone and myself haha! You all are so kind and sweet.
I wanna make DOUBLE sure because I will be putting this on my duckie's eye!
The Lavvaco brand of Terramycin is the one I am suspicious of! I live in California, which does not sell this medicine over the counter. For some reason only the Lavvaco brand is purchasable for California residents and it's labels are primarily Turkish so I am assuming this is how they are bypassing it as an over the counter drug. So I am questioning it. But if you all think it's okay, I trust you. Just let me know if I'm nuts LOL!

I am still ordering the Zoetis brand but my friend out of state cannot overnight it to me until 1/8. Which is why I am exploring the Lavvaco option since it can get to me much sooner.
I can't see the Avian specialist until 1/10. I just want to make sure he has something to help heal his eye before then. I do have leftover Meloxicam for inflammation and running low on leftover Tobramycin (eye drops from his last vet visit).
